Our Easy-To-Return Program

We guarantee our products 100% and warrant them to be free of any defects. If you ever need to return product for any reason, no questions are ever asked.

Simply follow these steps to ensure quick processing:

  1. To request a return, simply contact our Customer Support department by filling out the form on Contact Us Page.
  2. Our Customer Support department will guide you about product return process.
  3. All items must be returned in the original packaging and be accompanied by invoice.
  4. Our replacement/refund policy stipulates that returned product must be received before replacement product can be shipped or a refund/credit can be issued.
  5. For your protection, obtain a copy of the shipping receipt used to return merchandise so that you may track your item. We cannot be responsible for items lost in shipping.
  6. We cannot replace the product or issue a refund or credit prior to our receipt of your returned product. Please note that we only reimburse through a credit to the credit card of the original purchaser. We do not issue cash or checks.
  7. We will work to ensure timely processing of all returns. Please allow 5 business days for all replacement products to be shipped or refunds to be issued.
  8. All returns must be mailed to our company within 45 days of original shipment date.
